Research Assistant
ARK Foundation, Dhaka
- IDRC-funded SSB packaging and labelling study: adapted the INFORMAS framework into a 400+ variable digital questionnaire; built automated R workflows with API integrations for the data pipeline and QC.
- Co-authored the study protocol manuscript and a published policy brief; developed the project Theory of Change.
- Presented findings to national policymakers as one of four study presenters.
- Trained 10+ field research assistants and supervised four research interns.
- Core team member planning a nationally representative household survey, collaborating with BBS on probability sampling; developing KoboToolbox instruments and a Python Shiny QC dashboard.
Data Management Assistant
ARK Foundation, Dhaka
- WHO-supported EPI coverage survey, Cox’s Bazar: processed about 26,000 respondent records end to end, merged KoboToolbox datasets and applied validated sampling weights.
- Led validation through high-frequency checks and cluster-level outlier detection in STATA; automated QC in R; built Python interactive maps for GPS cluster validation.

- Synthesised 60+ government documents across 10 ministries and assessed 25+ government programmes for a study of Bangladeshi youth policy; assisted in writing a 20-page research report.

ARCED Foundation, Dhaka

- Trained and managed 30+ enumerators; cleaned and standardised 500 manager and 2,000 employee surveys in STATA.
